How much should I take?

Each bottle includes a measured dropper. Beginners should start with one full dropper and increase from there while experienced can start with 2-3 and gradually increase as needed.  We designed these to be stackable so customers can have several servings in a sitting like one would with wine or beer.

How can I maximize my experience?

How much should I take?

We ALWAYS recommend someone start with 2.5mg of THC and increasing from there. Thus if you're working with one of our 5mg THC gummies, we'd recommend taking half to start and evaluating after an hour or two then increasing from there.
